How does launch pricing work?
These are introductory prices for new engagements within the standard scope. Your signed monthly rate is protected for your first 6 consecutive months if you continue, with the same scope. Any later change is proposed in writing at least 30 days ahead. You can decline renewal. No review or testimonial is required to access these prices.
Do I need to buy a diagnostic first?
No. It is useful if you want a standalone assessment before committing. You can also enter a monthly programme directly; its initial baseline is included. The standalone diagnostic provides its own focused report and review call.
How is the diagnostic credited?
The $490 already paid is deducted once from the first invoice of Advisory, Managed Growth or a Sprint that starts within 60 days of diagnostic delivery. For example: $490 diagnostic + $1,000 for Managed month one + $1,490 for month two + $1,490 for month three = $4,470 total. The credit cannot be combined, transferred or paid out in cash. Custom proposals state whether a credit applies.
What happens after the first three months?
Advisory and Managed Growth begin with a three-month commitment, invoiced monthly in advance. After that, they continue month to month; you may stop with 30 days’ written notice. The launch rate remains protected through month six for unchanged scope. Three months is an initial work period, not a promise of results by a fixed date.
What do you need from us?
A clear brief, accurate business information, appropriate website and analytics access, and a contact who can approve work. Advisory also requires someone on your side to implement recommendations. Timelines depend on access and approvals; the proposal specifies the delivery schedule and how delays are handled.
Is exclusivity included?
Exclusivity is not automatically included in standard offers. It may be agreed separately, specifying the covered questions and intents, language, market, duration and restrictions applicable to KAIS. It does not guarantee any position or recommendation in AI answers.
What is measured, and what is guaranteed?
We archive answers from the agreed question panel and distinguish mentions, visible citations and recommendations. Collection conditions and any changes are recorded. We commit to the agreed work and reporting. AI answers vary, and rankings, citations, leads and revenue cannot be guaranteed. Where analytics allow, enquiries and conversions are reported separately from visibility.
What about taxes, tools and ownership?
Displayed prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Required third-party costs are disclosed before agreement. You receive the agreed client-specific content, changes, reports and exports. KAIS retains its underlying proprietary methods and tools. Any use of your name, logo or case results requires separate permission.
